OptoSpan DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) SFP transceivers use different wavelengths to multiplex several optical signal onto a single fiber, without requiring any power to operate. These transceivers are intended for high capacity, long distance transmissions. 4G Fibre Channel CWDM SFP transceivers reach distances of up to 200km. OptoSpan offers 30 different modules including, DWDM SFP Cisco compatible and many other OEM compatible modules. Other OptoSpan SFP transceivers include Duplex 4G/2G/1G SFP, Single Fiber SFP, and CWDM SFP.
DWDM SFP Transceivers Technical Features
OptoSpan DWDM SFP Transceivers are SFP MSA, IEEE Std 802.3 & ROHS compliant, feature 2-Wire Interface Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (SFF-8724) and are exclusive Japanese OSAs for Ultimate Reliability. Duplex SFP transceivers are avaiable in 1g, 2G and 4G speeds and operate a distances up to 200km. All OptoSpan DWDM SFP modules are tested and certified in brand specific networks and target applications and assembled using the highest quality raw components available.
